Welcome to G.I.A.G. TV, a multimedia service provided by Youth Force Ministries Church International Inc. (“Organization”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern all use of our services and content offered at or through the G.I.A.G. TV platform. Our services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, G.I.A.G. TV’s Privacy Policy), and procedures that may be published from time to time by us (collectively, the “Agreement”).

Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using G.I.A.G. TV. By accessing or using any part of our service, you agree to become bound by the Terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms of this Agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided on G.I.A.G. TV, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images, video, and audio content (collectively, “Content”), is the exclusive property of Youth Force Ministries Church International Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Responsibilities
As a user of G.I.A.G. TV, you agree not to:

– Record, download, or capture any Content provided by G.I.A.G. TV.
– Make transcripts of any Content without express written permission from us.
– Reproduce, distribute, publicly perform or publicly display any Content, except as expressly permitted by us or by the functionality of the service.
– Use our Content for any commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us.

Acceptable Use
By using G.I.A.G. TV, you agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations and to be solely responsible for the consequences of your actions on G.I.A.G. TV. You will not use G.I.A.G. TV for any unlawful purposes, or that could facilitate the violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Account Registration and Security
You may be required to create an account and specify a password to use certain features on our service. You agree to provide, maintain, and update true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration processes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The sharing of your account or login details with others is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of these Terms. If you believe your account has been compromised or used without your permission, you must promptly notify G.I.A.G. TV.

Privacy
Your use of G.I.A.G. TV is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information.

Modifications
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. Such modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms to G.I.A.G. TV. You agree to review these Terms periodically to be aware of such modifications, and your continued access or use of G.I.A.G. TV shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Termination
We may terminate your access to all or any part of G.I.A.G. TV at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties
G.I.A.G. TV is provided “as is”. Youth Force Ministries Church International Inc. and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
In no event will Youth Force Ministries Church International Inc., or its directors, employees, or agents, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

General Representation and Warranty
You represent and warrant that your use of G.I.A.G. TV will be in accordance with this Agreement and any other G.I.A.G. TV policies, and with any applicable laws and regulations.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Youth Force Ministries Church International Inc., its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of G.I.A.G. TV, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Youth Force Ministries Church International Inc. and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and it may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of Youth Force Ministries Church International Inc., or by the posting by Youth Force Ministries Church International Inc. of a revised version. Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, this Agreement, any access to or use of the website will be governed by the laws of the state where Youth Force Ministries Church International Inc. is located, excluding its conflict of law provisions, and the proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to any of the same will be the state and federal courts located in that state.

The foregoing shall not apply to the extent that applicable law in your country of residence requires application of another law and/or jurisdiction and this cannot be excluded by contract.

If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof.

You may assign your rights under this Agreement to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its terms and conditions; Youth Force Ministries Church International Inc. may assign its rights under this Agreement without condition. This Agreement will be binding upon and will insure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.

By using G.I.A.G. TV, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement or, if you are not, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into this Agreement.
